I have been deeply impacted by the diagnosis of both my parents with dementia in the midst of the pandemic. Witnessing the varied symptoms presented by both  parents it has ignited in me a fervent drive to delve deeper into understanding dementia and to educate my family and friends about this disease. My commitment to advocating for my loved ones facing dementia today is evident in my  active involvement as a community advisor for the Alzheimer's Society.

Driven by my  unwavering passion to expand my knowledge of dementia, I have joined the Engagement of People with Lived Experience of Dementia. By doing so, I aim to further enhance my understanding of the disease and broaden my support network to effectively help and advocate for those affected by dementia.
